Defiance Injury Law PLLC (“Defiance Injury Law,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of individuals who contact us regarding legal services. This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements our general Privacy Policy and describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect consumer health data.

This policy is intended to address applicable requirements of the Washington My Health My Data Act and other applicable privacy laws.

When you contact Defiance Injury Law, request a free case review, communicate with our attorneys or staff, or otherwise provide information regarding a potential legal matter, you may voluntarily provide information concerning your health or the health of another person.

Depending on the nature of your inquiry or legal matter, consumer health data may include:

Submitting information through this website, requesting a case review, or communicating with Defiance Injury Law does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.

An attorney-client relationship is established only after Defiance Injury Law completes its conflicts review, agrees to representation, and both the client and firm enter into an appropriate written engagement agreement.

Do not send confidential, privileged, or time-sensitive information unless and until Defiance Injury Law expressly requests it and confirms that it represents you.

15. Changes to This Policy
